Relations between a youth worker and a young person are largely dependent on the personality of the teacher, who he is as a human being, but also as an educator and educator. From the personality of the youth employee or – as M. Grzegorzewska would describe (cf. Grzegorzewska, 1959, p. 16) – his deeper correlations with young people are conditioned more than on the substantive and methodical preparation, which translates into the effects of work.
